Substitute Teacher v. "Special" Student

Picture this: Thursday in the middle of a cold Wisconsin winter, morning art class, the substitute is a football coach and a "special" kid is throwing water bottles. BOOM The sub tackles the kid, nobody sees the kid again that week but the coach doesn't get fired.
